the project started with an introduction to service design by implementing
various methods and applications.
The task was then to develop a service that would be used in the area of relocations.

The app Movimento helps with the planning and keeps the stress level as low as possible.

The first steps consisted of a research phase, in which methods such as mind-mapping and interviews were applied.
We evaluated the results and sorted them according to their importance and at which point in the relocation process they appeared, then we created a persona.

With our first prototypes we conducted user tests to improve the service and get a better understanding of customer needs.
Based on the feedback we adapted our service and designed the user journey.
In the further course of the project we prepared ourselves for the final presentation, for which a blueprint service was required. This also included individual screens of the application and illustrations of the user interaction.

Movimento is a relocation planner that especially helps with non-overlapping tenancies. If this is the case, overnight accommodations can be booked as well. But movimento also provides collected apartment search results for normal removals.

When booking, the user can additionally contact furniture packers or similar stakeholders via the platform.

The service includes a calendar overview of the most important deadlines in the relocation process. the user is also not left alone through notifications from the movimento team.
Thus Movimento helps with planning, monitoring and communication during a move.
